Alguns desembolsam em média R$ 30 na compra de um hambúrguer, o que é caro para muitos, mas em Tóquio, no Japão, a iguaria pode custar até R$ 3,6 mil, sendo o sanduíche mais caro do mundo.
Com 1 quilo de bife Wagyu (carne nobre de origem nipônica), foie gras (patê feito do fígado de ganso), trufas, queijo cheddar, alface, tomate e cebola, o hambúrguer foi criado para comemorar a coroação do novo imperador japonês, Naruhito.
O sanduíche, feito pelo chef Patrick Shimada, estará no menu do Oak Door até junho. O Golden Giant Burger é feito com pão “folheado” a ouro comestível.
