Contrabando de cigarro: Polícia Federal cumpre operação contra organização criminosa no Sul de Minas
Na manhã desta quarta-feira (27), uma operação está sendo realizada pela Polícia Federal (PF) para desarticular uma organização criminosa, que atuava no Sul de Minas, com contrabando de cigarros paraguaios.
Estão sendo cumpridos 16 mandados de prisão. Destes, 11 são de prisão preventiva e cinco de prisão temporária. Além disso, 26 mandados de busca e apreensão também estão sendo cumpridos.
A operação está sendo realizada em Andradas, Pouso Alegre, Poços de Caldas e Ouro Fino, além de cidades de São Paulo, como Espírito Santo do Pinhal e Mogi Guaçu.
Participam da ação a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), o Ministério Público Federal e a Receita Federal. Pelo menos 160 servidores públicos federais também auxiliam no cumprimento das solicitações.
